This here is the full reference for Thyme and Basil, the raccoon brothers. Showing both of them, as well as both versions of their fused states.

Thyme and Basil (Blue Raccoon: Thyme. Red Raccoon: Basil) live as part of a larger group of raccoons in a junkyard. The group, known as 'The Ringtails', took the pair in after an 'accident' saw them abandoned from their family. The leader first thought it as a 'sick joke', until it was explained that they got picked up by pure accident. So, once the pair joined, they were given the name of spices (As they never found out their actual names), a joke by some of the raccoons that the twins accidentally and unintentionally managed to latch on to. Mainly because the same ones that suggested the names didn't want to get too attached, or thought the twins wouldn't last too long. They were proven wrong overtime.

The pair of raccoons have quite a careful skillset. They're linked, not just by blood, but by magic as well. They have a form of telepathy between them, allowing one to reach the other, regardless the distance between. That said, should one be facing trouble or become 'temporarily disabled', the other will come rushing over to help their brother. Their telepathy also allows them to co-ordinate and plot together, allowing for efficient planning and trapping, as well as hunting. Another of their abilities is that one can consume the other, 'pooling' their abilities and skills together into a singular fused raccoon. Whomever is the 'host' is the one that has most of the control, with the consumed rendered as marks and patterns on the 'host's' fur, their face rendered as a sentient belly tat. In this state, they also tend to be quite dangerous, so one probably shouldn't let them get as far as to fuse.

Relation: While the raccoon brothers were initially hesitant towards The Ringtails for 'rescuing' them, given their run of luck so far, the pair managed to show their worth and became thankful for being part of such a team.
