What always amuses me with those kind of TF prompts in superhero / kaiju movies is that the substance is never, EVER heard of again. Whatever it was that created a bio-weapon of mass destruction is never duplicated, reused and sold for fortunes all around the world despite the fact it had to be produced in a controlled environment, like a laboratory, with copious and detailled notes about the researches done, expertises involved and the complete step-by-step process.
I get it, you want to keep your hero / monster unique, one-of-a-kind, not have to bother about the world-building ramifications of at least one government having access to this mutagen technology and using it as much as conceivable, but making everyone stupid when it comes to data protection and containment for a hundred of millions dollars top-secret project is just... it's baaad writing, man !
Anyway, off-topic writer's rant is over. Ripped dinosaur monsters with scary teeth never gets old ! Too bad we never see that kind of feral design more often in TF~ I'm assuming he's having a skull-splitting headache after what happened ?
