It has been pretty chilly around here, too, at least in the mornings. I fully expect it to get blazing hot again at least once more, though.

Regardless, this is a lovely picture. It's kind of melancholy but kind of sweet at the same time, and I do like the rather peaceful feeling it has. There's much to be said, I think, for being able to sit and watch the rain like that. The coloring on this is beautiful, and I love the cute little stockings she's wearing, too.

As for the art, we all need a break sometimes. I hope you're doing well regardless and I'm sure the muse will speak to you again!
