Etzio is from the kigdom of lucy in hell. He is a very LOW level demon resorting to causing a little bit of trouble to gain energy. Of course he sucks at being a little butt to the world and is stuck with being a tiny demon with only enough power to fly. But at least hes cute....for a demon?
