A man's girlfriend bought a toon stress ball that will somehow give them the dream job they've always wanted, but not in a way they want it to happen. I must admit, I was mildly surprised by this. I had expected some kitsch of poor form, but found it a more delightful and mild mannered story.
A few tense and grammar issues that creep in, but...
You did an excellent job of developing and taking care of your characters, making a interesting toon setting with a sense of disbelief and taking time for a before, in-between, and after in concern of the transformation nature of the work and concentrating on the story, rather then just that event.
Its these things that if kept in mind can make quite the difference in a story and shows thought and talent put into a work.

Wow, thank you. I'm surprised that my tendency to make things longer than they should be ended up being more useful than I thought. I'm glad that my story actually seemed like a good short story rather than just transformation fluff to you. I just hope I can bring that much effort to some of my other transformation stories and maybe eventually my own.
I'm somewhat still surprised that I made a good story structure around this without realizing it.
