Some of you have probably seen Kip in some toony commissions I've gotten from others. The idea behind him is that he's a Tom and Jerry style toon, in that he's very human in lifestyle and demeanor, but can't talk, and is fully based in slapstick. He's a toon tiger-cat; a cat that has the fur pattern of a tiger. He's very brash and likes to pull pranks on, and chase after Bow. He is 3' 6" tall.
