---'s fur actually consists of tree layers, an undercoat, longer guard hairs and a fluffy winter type coat that feels like silk. This system traps a layer of air next to their skin so their skin does not get wet. (like sea otters)



Their skin is thick and helps to keep them warm In cold weather.



They have 4 Paw pads on Large webbed paws that help them walk over snow and make them strong swimmers.


Despite there adorable appearance, they have a very powerful jaw, containing sharp Orca like teeth, there bite force can reach 120 pounds
the upper row of teeth are almost always covered by there lips, with the exception of some individuals canines.
They look to have very small mouths like bunny's, until the mouth is opened wide.
the reason for this, is the long fur they have, usually hides the rest of the mouth line when its closed.

Large bunny like ears, they can be erect, floppy or a mixture of both, they have been known to have fox or canine type ears also.



Males have Less fur than Females, the reason for this, is because females have skin pouches they raise their young inside, the extra fur on the females helps to keep the pouch nice and toasty even during extreme weather.

In summer months, they shed about 30% of their fur, leaving only the undercoat and long guard hairs behind.


They are Omnivores & Insectivores.

Favorite foods of the species include:

Insects
Stale Bread
Milk
Honey
Sweet Treats
Venison
Broccoli
Mushrooms
Hay and Grasses
Bamboo



They are often found sleeping in long dry grass, Sea caves and Hallow Logs/Tree trunks





Temperament: they are shy creatures and will scurry away to hide or jump into the nearest water sources if they sense somebody coming.
They are very friendly, but there have been reports of less gentle natured ---'s.
