Wow it's been a while since I've posted anything like this. Well we ended up making a bunch of pork bbq the other day and figured we'd have to make use of it for a while, so I ended up doing this with it tonight. Made some longhorn mac and cheese, topped that with some of the pork bbq and put some coleslaw on top of that. I don't know why, I've just been on a kick of putting coleslaw on my pork bbq lately.
