Reddit user CMDR_Kai asked if I could redo Voltorb and make it "less lazy"...I tried.

Voltorb is supposed to be a pokeball which was mutated into a monster by electronic waves, so I decided to give it a more menacing, mutant look. I added a button so it's more obvious that it's actually a pokeball, but added teeth to indicate that it does in fact open, and if it does, it will probably eat/capture you. It has a live wire coming out of its side, something left over from the manufacturing process. It whips this wire around to electrocute enemies.
