75% of the things i see on FA i wouldn't consider ART. I'd consider it half-baked ideas from the sexually deprived...-grumblegroan-
...My opinion aside! I create some things as well, mostly textures. And putting together a unique avatar DOES require creativity, which is of course the maker of art. :D So...poopoo on those sons of bitches. xD

Point #1: don't get me started. I made the mistake of checking the front page today. 101 Dalmations incest/cub/feral porn and Sonic inflation art made me remember why I quit clicking that little banner in the upper-left-hand corner. Eyebleach now.
Point #2: Yeah, you're right. :9 I did make the shape from scratch. The eyes and gloves, too, but you can't see 'em. Mostly I'm just an obsessive fashionista. If I posted all my screenshots (well, that'd be against TOS, but even if I posted lots of links in a journal) people would just quit watching me. :D
This avatar inspired the character and now the character has inspired more of the avatar, and back again, so that's a neat thing. I didn't have a "persona" or a "fursona" or anything like it when I first came here, so I went without until I realized that I was sitting on one, I just hadn't given her a personality yet.
