I've been meaning to comment on this piece for quite a while now. While I'm not much into the whole diaper fetish, I must say I absolutely adore the inflation progression in this piece, especially the pose. I love how the subject arches back, throwing his whole body into the act of taking that gargantuan breath. It implies he's passionate about what he's doing, and is giving it absolutely everything he's got.
