Im having a blast making them!
I use my drawing program, Paint Tool Sai to draw the animation frames and either After Effects or a simple Gif maker to put it all together, depending on the complexity of the animation. I'm currently trying to learn TV Paint tho and hopefully I can start making better quality animations and produce them faster, too! ^^
