It looks like he is in a dream. He sees himself getting consumed by the divine flowers and just when he is about to be lost, he sees an escape. He fights through the flowers the farther away he gets the less they cover him. When he is finally free he sees his one hope for escape in luther. But something is off. The last panel is hard for me to understand. The hand in red.

                    I like your interpretation.
Red on the hand is often used as symbolism involving having 'blood on your hands.' Which makes a certain sort of sense, as Luther is a military dog. Also, Amon has a history of being abused by his clients. Maybe he's subconsciously afraid of accepting Luther's help because he might turn out to be like the others?

Everywhere he looks, red. The Red Lantern, the Crimson Divine, blood on the Admiral's hands. I would assume he associates the color red with suffering, by now, and this is his subconscious acting out that particular aspect, and showing us that he might fear Luther is just more hopeless shades of red. It seems Amon is really scared and uncertain.
Why would he not run from more red? What makes this red different? What makes this path less painful? It must play on why he's always on guard when it comes to Luther despite the admiral's honest intentions.

The red though scary is exactly what he must confront. Because only then will he become its master. The red on the hand is paint or a stain, signifying everything is painted on.
I write down my own dreams and figure out what my subconscious is trying to tell me.
when I get the correct message by figuring what it means for me, that dream I never have again!

It's difficult to tell the ages of those in the comic normally, so here it's EXTREMELY hard. And the past few panels have especially tried to make that point.
Something horrible seems to be going on in this panel. The last box is the most worrying. I think this represents his soldier client (can't remember the name. The one that has a crush on him). I think either Amon's worried about reliving something that happened with a similar client, or worse, that this is a childhood memory of Amon's, and that person depicted in this flashback isn't *like* his client, but IS his client. If Amon's child form looked much different than he looks now, yet the client is actually much older than Amon, it's totally possible that Amon knows who this client is from his childhood, and that something really bad happened back then. Like a burn your house down/kill your family/sold you into slavery kind of thing. Now you could point out that Amon's too old for his still military-enlisted client to be much older, but we don't actually know how old Amon is. We just know that people don't usually grow old in this sex trade before getting sold off. We also know his client is not some grunt, he's a military leader, so at the very least the likelihood that he's a young soldier is low. He could be an old military man, and still stay in shape, which he probably has compared to Amon, who's been a junkie for some time.
That's the worst case, most dramatic scenario I can think of. It's probably completely off.
