Arcana: The Star

Repeat from Last time: Common about Fate Dealers is that they can see various fate(s) on one person as they were fortune tellers. Of course, they also can represent those fate(s) with deck of cards they had. Each cards they had are like tarot cards, except it has own minor arcana. They also has some copies of Major Arcana card in case for accidents. They sometimes give their cards for reminder of upcoming fate and use them for enchantment of their own spell.

Stellar(not from Re:Zero) is one of Fate Dealer. Her artifacts are little different from other fate dealer as she appeared to hold multiple artifacts. She also hold deck of cards like Latem and Garmit. She can manipulate and change the fate in her desire like other fate dealer, but in her case, she only can create new fate than controlling them. she appeared to be fortune teller. She wear mask to seal her true color.

Stellar has ability manipulate the fate(s) as she can bring the lost fate(s) into the future. Her ability doesn’t prevent someone or herself from getting killed or control the future event. She can make fateful encounter in the future if someone have faith for that future, which is also that she can’t tell when the fateful encounter happens in future. Like when someone made promise to someone special for marriage in later in life, she can make it that marriage come true in the future as long as someone believes that future. Or when someone who didn’t come back from the war for very long time and thought that person is dead, she can united with that person as long as there is faith. She can also create new fate(s) that nobody cannot tell, including herself. Also a possible restoration on the fate(s) that was lost.

Stellar use more than one artifact that she need to protect herself. Her artifact are five rings, medallion, and crystal bottle. Each of artifact has own power. Medallion allow her to see the future that she created and allowed to predict her opponent move. Five rings has power to create the Seed Coin(s), which coins that can transform into any kind of plant that isn’t monster and control them. It also create ring like light to cut her opponent, bind her opponent and other usage of the ring. Crystal bottle can filled itself with magical water. The magical water can allow her gain more magic power as she can use it create powerful barrier and ability to fly and float in midair. It can also use for making her ring and plant magic stronger. Her artifact represent diamond.

When she remove her mask, her true form will revealed. She is hybrid with mysterious species...
