This is my avicularia versicolor (Antilles pinktoe) tarantula the day I brought him home. He was no bigger than a dime in legspan. These guys start out a brilliant electric blue upon hatching and gradually get rapberry-pink legs, a fuschia abdomen, and a metallic green carapace as they reach adulthood. they are awesome. At this age he had a slightly green carapce and looked like he was made out of blue tinsel.
