"Honor the Guardsmen, for in their chest beats the heart of a man. He has no special powers, no super strength, no augmentations. His faith lies within the Emperor of Man. He who was born on some forgotten planet in some corner of the galaxy. He is a factory worker, a farmer, a store keeper, a father, a brother, a son. He fights for not just those he loves, but for man kind as well. He has stood the line against those that would destroy the Imperium across the galaxy. He held the line in the imperial palace during the Horus Heresy, he held the line during the 13th Black Crusade. As Cadia broke, the guardsmen continued to hold the line as the ground under his feet crumbled into space. For ten thousand years the guardsmen has held the line and he will continue to hold it."
