I think you'd want to shy away from pinks or purples, just because I could see those colors being too close to the Cheshire Cat down the road.
So of these...4, 11, or 14. I also think a soft blue would be a good fit for her, in line with her dress from the animation.

I have a plushie that looks just like #2, so I'll go with that one. It's one of Wild Republics "Cuddlekins" plushies, they made a short run called "Vibes" that had crazy colours.
