I have always felt like a creature of the night. There's a beauty in there, a mystery to it, that you can't find during the day. Shadows and darkness are only an absence of light. I'm not sure they're evil in themselves. Or at least, I don't think they started out that way. They'll always catch my imagination, for better or for worse.
Love what you did with their hair! Blending them into the sky was a great idea! Kinda like how you also tied Summer and Winter into it too, as they do seem connected to the duality of the Sun and Moon. Two very different natures, opposed to each other, and yet also complementing each other. It adds to the piece as a whole.
