First thing that popped into my head when I saw the title was Kyu Sakamoto's song, "Ue Wo Muite Arukou".

The eyes look kinda shifty compared to the old version you did, it kinda fits the design a little more.

I thought of this, too, until I remembered that the song's title was just a Japanese word us dumb Americans could remember easier. XD Hell, back when I lived in South Carolina, it was always referred to as "Sukiyaki (The Japanese Love Song)", because we're just that stupid.
