Of all the girls in Move to the Music Janet, Rhythm, Huxley is least likely to be considered a bad girl! She's never gotten herself entangled with serious trouble growing up and would be horrified to have been arrested like Brandy has http://www.furaffinity.net/view/3209444
Therefore when the band began working on the Bad Girls album one of the things they had to coach Janet on was how to at least act like one on stage. In fact they wrote many of the onstage skits and focused several of the between song videos on Rhythm supposedly becoming a bad girl during the performance. Janet was rather ambivalent to all of it, but went along with it.
One area Beat and Harmony had to really work on was the fact that Janet knows no martial arts and for that matter has never been any sort of a fight. Even Melody at least did Tai Chi. Therefore they both with the help of professional theatrical martial arts consultant had to teach Janet how to at least give the illusion of being a martial artist/ street fighter on stage. Fortunately for them Janet is an excellent dancer and handles most of the choreography for the band, so she was able to incorporate the concepts quickly in both her routine and the other band members.
The bad girl act of Rhythm during the Bad Girls tour was one of the more controversial and polarizing aspects for fans of the group. Many of the older fans felt that it tarnished the image of what Rhythm represented. Some of the newer, younger fans thought it was great. Others felt it she was not bad enough! Once again concerned, fussy parent groups were alarmed by the supposed "corruption" of the character Rhythm. In the end though all the fuss seem to do was once again help drive sales of both concert tickets and album. Bad Girls went platinum within six months of release. For her part Janet took it surprisingly well, but then again she had the support of the members of the band and their producer Isiah Westchester. Also by this time her family had become more accepting of her career choice and also gave their blessings to the endeavor.
Astute watchers and fans of the band may noticed that in many of the recent sketches of the girls do not show them wearing belt mounted transmitter boosters that make up part of the bands equipment http://www.furaffinity.net/view/1006421/ http://www.furaffinity.net/view/878363/ This was due to an attempt by Isabella http://www.furaffinity.net/view/1006433/ to dispose of the of the belt boosters and go with an enhanced sensor relay in the stage setup.
Were the results successful? Yes, no.....sort of. At some venues the setup seemed to work fine; at other concert locations they could not make it work consistently and they had to revert back to the belt boosters. Eventually Isabella got frustrated enough with it that for the rest of the tour they just wore belt boosters.

Yep! Due to the girls small size, Janet is only eight+ inches tall, bead chain is more durable. Also they had it highly chromed and sprayed with an interference clear coat that it reflects back certain colors, red in this case, when under the stage light. This way it showed up better during performances. Also the tips are slightly weighted so it swing in more even arcs.
