LOL, I actually went and Googled this. Turns out there really is diamond-filtered vodka for sale, it's several thousand dollars a bottle. And it's really funny, because diamonds are so hard, they do not filter out anything.

You don't toast "to health" in Russia though. That phrase is reserved for a host when responding to a guest who is complimenting a meal.

In other words,

Guest: "Such a great meal!"
Host: "It's to your health!"

A better Russian toast would be "Za Vas!" -> "To you!"

Well, it's not a commission, and the bear is the national animal of Russia.
I live in Canada, and our national animal is the beaver, but we're also known for moose, loons and so on and so forth.

Actually in Russia there's no tradition to put Vodka (or something alcoholic) into paper bag or something ) You just can't drink in public places. =) Vodka is our traditional drink and it's the right choice to draw it but actually nowadays Russian people prefer healthy drinks and vodka is just a symbol and one of these expensive things that tourists buy near Kremlin - like Matreoshka, Balalayka or cap with ear flaps.

Inspite of that this picture is awesome and lots of Russian furries love you and your arts very much. Hope to see more pictures about Russia or USSR =)
