While Farin has been feeling much better with Kajsa around, it hasn't fully stopped his ptsd. On rare occasions he will have a random flashback and it triggers a panic attack where he breaks down crying, with Kajsa trying her best to soothe her little love.

As it turns out, after my parents come home from their vacation in a few days, we're going to call the vet to schedule a time to put him to sleep. He's a very very old bun. He's 12 years old, he's completely deaf, he's slow, he continuously droop all the time, he has trouble keeping his balance, he stays in that traveling cage all day, he forget to eat and drink if we don't force him into the cage, and he has trouble getting in and out of the cage. Yet he's still around, that stubborn little thing refusing to fall asleep... he's an old, happy, tired bun and we think it's time.
We also suspect there's something in his mouth that hurts. Because sometimes when we refill his bowl(s) he gives clear body language that he's really hungry... yet when he start to chew, he slows dowl like when you drive through mud in a racing game. This is what has caused him to become incredibly thin to the point we can easily feel each individual bone on his back when we pet him
