Canadian Pacific train 583 passes Franklin Park, Illinois with Union Pacfic 1995 in the lead. UP 1995 is a special UP engine, honoring the Chicago and North Western railroad, which was dissolved into Union Pacific in 1995.

Shortly after the train was stop at Tower B-17 so a Canadian Pacific locomotive could be added in front of 1995 and lead the train west and eventually into Canada, which is why a "international" unit was stuck in front of 1995
