We love our flowers, with all our heart.
We tend to them, from the start
In the hopes, that never one day-
Well find our flowers, in wilt and decay. -devoted serfs

Oh, the darling buds of may...This brings such warmth
and yet also a foreshadowing heartache to come. I adore
this piece.
"Rough winds do shake the darling buds of May,
And summerβs lease hath all too short a date.
Sometime too hot the eye of heaven shines,
And often is his gold complexion dimmed;
And every fair from fair sometime declines,
By chance, or natureβs changing course, untrimmed;
But thy eternal summer shall not fade..." -Shakespeare Sonnet 18
