I've been doing a lot of concept stuff regarding the precise anatomy of Devoratanimus(Nimbus's species, for those who recognize him!)- lots of staring at photos and videos of bears and big cats and lots of sketches and revised versions of those sketches. Having finally settled on an anatomy that I like (a bit of a more bear-like shape that is just as comfortable in a quadruped gait as it is in a bipedal one), I went and made this sketchy little thing to show how Devoratanimus would walk when quadrupedal. (I will note, the hindlegs are slightly out of sync with the front- the hindfoot should touch the ground just as the front foot lifts, and they should come closer together; however this took a couple hours to make and I don't want to sit there fixing it ;u; )

You'll get to see a LOT more of these creatures(such as how they look bipedal) once I get around to posting the 20+ doodle dumps I've accumulated since around april ;D; (lore regarding Devoratanimus will also be available in these)
