The theme for the Pirate's Row Artists Challenge for Further Confusion 2010 was The Rainbow. Specifically, the color sequence of ROYGBIV: Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo, and Violet. We further decided to make all of the pieces feature males, and I think most, if not all, of us also drew felines.
We drew our colors and I got the far right side of the spectrum, Violet. I had one idea, but my muse told me to draw the white tiger and serval couple featured in my earlier print First Love:

This time the boys are enjoying a cuddle in their big purple blanket, the bigger tiger spooning up to the smaller serval.
This will be available in the Further Confusion art show. All seven of The Rainbow pieces will be featured on a special set of panels in the art show, and
hbruton is also preparing a special set of the seven images which will be available at the FC Charity Auction.

These two really do make a lovely couple, and I'm so glad to see you bring them back for another picture! I particularly like the serval, because I've always really admired those cats. But his boyfriend is awfully cute, too. And I love the way the blanket is draped over his one ear like that, and how snuggly and soft the whole picture looks.
