Designed and drawn based on my hazy idea by  disko.

Full name: Sol Aurora (named by godesses of the sun and dawn)
Mother: some kind of unspecifyed eastern dragon of the sun
Father: bat

Age: Young adult
Personality: At first shy but when she becomes comfortable around someone or in a group she becomes open and a bit bossy.

Likes: Laying down doing nothing or watching anime, cakes, vegetable risotto with pickles, rock and related music genres (favourite band Babymetal),
Dislikes: turkish soap operas, drones (they are noisy, confuse her sonar and ocupy her flight space)

Special features: she has all the bat stuff like sonar..., and when she is happy she ocationally shines
Legends say that drinking a glass of water with three of her hair in it, sitting backwards on a horse during a stormy night holding a 3 meter long steel rod can make vampires able to walk in the daylight, but none of them was stupid enough to try it.

The picture is in fact a design stage that somehow became the final design. There is also cleaned finished version you can find on authors profile, but I liked this one more so we agreed to use it instead.
Right one is her standard happy mode, the left is her really pissed of mode (I bet she is gonna beat the crap out of someone since she is not weak at all).
