Yup, a pony... dressed up as a pony. Getting in that pony headspace.
Not just any pony, but the one that's me!
Wondering at the curiosity that is forehooves.
This took a while to finish because of all the details... but they are worth the time. The outfit was a lot of fun! I'm hoping it's pretty obvious what is going on with the tail - i tried to aim for transparency and score a better hit than government agencies.
I love working with feathers and floofies.

yay! Victoria's place is really cozy at the moment, I put down most of a bale of compressed bedding so it's really deep over the whole floor. Heh, I always lie in it after I put fresh bedding down, it's so relaxing in there. It's very quiet, and the only thing you can see out of the door is miles of fields.

Equustra looks beautiful in that gear, I LOVE what you did with the tail, her head piece and bridle is LOVELY and I love that it has her name on it XD plus corset and panties!!! and I looooove the gloves/hooves.
I'S JEALOUS!!! X3 but at the same time I would love to strap some reins on there and proudly lead her around.

This is done on 11x14 bristol, and it's almost as tall as the paper is, so it's probably bigger than you would have guessed. That's how i cram so much detail in :3 That and i use a .3mm pencil for most of the finish work.
And yeah it's traditional, mechanical pencil! My best art friend. :D

Your detailed pencil work is so lovely. A lot time ago that was the style I tried to cultivate (though never with that kind of skill), and for some reason I got out of that habit and started thinking all my pictures had to be inked and colored to be "finished." It's too bad, now that I think about it.
There are so many neat details here which add up to a stunning pic. You seem to be one of the few artists on FA who dig the bestial anatomical weirdness like abdominal mammaries and oblong pupils and such-like, it's and added bonus that you're brilliant at what you do. =-P
Thanks a lot :3 ...One of the most enjoyable things about making anthro creatures i think is being able to play god with their anatomy... and i dunno, i guess i pay tribute to nature (the most amazing artist!) when i can, through what i think is realistic anatomy.
I guess it's better to just say that it's fun... keeps it simple XD

This has definately got to be my favorite from you so far! The details are tremendous! I can't get over how beautiful everything is! From the accessories to the anatomy, to the markings and pose, everything looks so wonderful! Not to mention the shading; holy cow-uh, pony! >D
