Hm. What does "bifucho" mean? Apparently, in Japanese, his name is Rairu=bifucho. Most other dragons have similar suffixes.
(Odd fact: The Japanese and English names of Bubba and Zeke are switched. The one whose English name is Zeke is Baberu=bimacho, while Bubba's Japanese name is Zeku=binomaru.)
