Arau is gentle, sweet, caring. She wants only to heal the spirit and body. She enjoys cooking, playing with the neighborhood kids, and helping around town. But woe unto any who would threaten those in her care or those she calls friends, for Arau Pelarus is not just a Cleric of Pelor and wandering healer, she is a Gnoll. Massive and strong, though not raised by others of her kind she is still strong and dangerous when pushed, and attacking the orphans she protects, the town she lives in, or the party she travels with is an easy way to learn why she carries that mace with her.
