New Stable Form: Bunnelby

-Gallam's latent shiny genes are similar to that of Bunnelbys, creating enough resonance to make a stable form.

-Unlike his standard Eevee form which can also tunnel, Gallam has less of an issue digging as a Bunnelby as it doesn't seem to mess up his fur as much.

-Some slight changes include golden iris' and his signature mane.

-Looks like his cape and crown still fit too!
