This is Balthazor, prontagonist from the short-lived 2010 cartoon "Neighbors from Hell", by Pam Brady.
He's a demon that works as a torturer in Hell and as an undercover worker at a human corporation called Petromondo.
A nice guy devoted to his family, he gets easily pushed around by both his human boss and his boss in Hell, Satan himself.
It is kinda of a weird series, with brutal violence and prejudicial humor (but mostly by the humans),which basically makes it a somewaht less mean-spirtied version of Seth McFarland's works, but it appears to have a cult following on Brazil.
Most fanart of the series is of his wife, Tina (and his 15-year-old daughter. Make that of you will). This guy doesn't have much love not even with the bara community, so I thought if I could at least give you a heads up.
Not sure if I should rate it safe or mature, considering it's an animated series for a "mature" audience, but I guess both the picture and description fell safe enough.
