I've actually never played bloodborne (really want to though!) though i love watching playthroughs and learning the lore a TON! blood drunk eye was definitely inspiration for some of the pupils as well as the concept of vermin to a lesser degree!

oooh! I was actually unfamiliar with the kos parasite weapon, but just looked it up and I can totally see the resemblance! I like that haha xD
Tongue and internal wigglies were designed that way because in older refs they just had a tentacle tongue, but I wanted to kind of upgrade that into something more....fitting and organic (for lack of a better word)! But i love this accidental bonus connection :D
