I'm just gonna fib and say he is still reeeeally hungry, so he keeps gettin' fed... And fed.. And fed.... Gosh his butt is already so fat n' large. Soon it will be so big ya could snuggle up with his butt all on its own! Gotta keep that big grumpy dough butt expandin' >u<
He might complain when his arms and legs are slowly sinkin' into his own fat and he slowly becomes engulfed ans sunken into his own pilin' blubber as he gets fattened and fattened. Though, maybe he'll be too distracted by the relaxin' feeling of the heavy flow of cream pumpin' into him to even know what's happenin' to him eventually. :p
