Scotiacon wishes to encourage artists and other creators to draw, animate, model, or write about our mascot, Wallace. He frequently features in art displayed in our conbook and on our various online platforms.

Scotiacon is an organisation that puts on a convention and raises money for animal related charities each year, and we feel that Wallace should support us in this. We therefore need to ask that you do not use Wallace for profit or to appear to have an association with Scotiacon without permission.

We would love seeing artists and other creators use Wallace for pieces included in our Art Show which are 100% to charity, or that are submitted to our conbook each year.

In summary
• Wallace is copyright of Scotiacon UK Ltd
• In general, Scotiacon permits use of Wallace's image for non-commercial uses only.
• Wallace may be used as part of 100% to charity pieces in the Scotiacon art show.
• Wallace must not be used to support or imply a connection with Scotiacon without permission.
• Wallace must only be represented in G-rated situations.
• Attribute with “Wallace is © Scotiacon”, linking to https://www.scotiacon.org.uk/ if possible
