The obsidian weapon gives its bearer supernatural speed and reflexes, letting them anticipate incoming blows and feel when enemies are near, but also bestows a curse.
As the pact is formed through the blood of your slain enemies you will find no sleep as visions of impending doom will cloud your mind and as your sanity decays you will see enemies all around you, not even trust your friends anymore until you go all out and rid the world of their treachery.
You should never trust a sword covered in ominous writings, srsly

Nicely designed blade; it's hard to find a nicely drawn weapon.
As someone that's professionally trained with edged weapons, that would be horrendous to fight with, the deep blade and short handle would give it terrible balance. That said, a few modifications and it'd make a fine looking falchion.
BUT
I realise this is a fantasy weapon and as such, it looks like it belongs as an illustration in a novel, it's really good. I give it two paw-thumbs up!
