The Red Brotherhood is the biggest gang in Dawnridge and is infamously known for their rebellious attitude and aggressive nature towards heroes. They's shown they have a tight-knit relationship each each one another held together by their Leader Brooke. While they will have frequent squabbles with heroes and the police it's against their code to get bystanders involved in their illicit activities.
