I have been using Merlot as a guinea pig for drawing different demon types in Curio. Here he is as a Bogeybus, which is a breed descended from the classical Omnibi and Bogeymen. They have basic to intermediate shifting abilities, sharp claws, prehensile toes and tails, and mild venom. A passive illusionary magic causes their looks to change almost imperceptibly depending on the person watching them, appealing to the individual’s ideals of beauty.
