Rawr rawr, I return once again to bring you more Armored Core Model Kit awesomeness. You can thank
fairtravian for unintentionally inspiring me to put it back together and upload piccies of it. :3
This here be the Tellus model kit, a heavy energy defensive mech that shrugs off energy blasts like mere bb's and can still take quite a beating from Solid shell rounds. A great mech for making it through those tough onslaughts at the expense of mobility.
Normally I wasn't going to upload pictures of this one, mostly cause it was one of the beginning Variable Infinity AC kits that Kotobukia began to release. It was a great kit to put together (broke two parts but I glued them together and you can't tell) but I was disappointed with the pose-ability. I know that the Tellus core is a literal brick ingame, but I was expecting a bit more out of it.
Tellus was my second model kit completed to date, Nineball being the first. Its unbalanced because of the included weapons, but with enough effort you can get it to stand on its own. Ironically, its also quite durable despite not being glued anywhere. I literally tripped on it during an escape from a Tornado Warning while at the house, but it only flew into about 7 pieces with nothing broken or snapped. Crazy.
