Mr. Egotistical Luxray is finally colored. I do like how he looks. A very good antagonist for Kotaro and his team.

Age: 19 (Bad Timing, I guess)

Personality: Cunning, malevolent, Spiteful, Prideful, Egotistic (Basically, he's carries no emotions to any of his minions whatsoever. If they're weak, They aren't good enough to serve him. But... I wonder about the 3 teammates on his team, he probably think differently of them. )
Likes: Power, Being Respected as the Strong King (or so he says he is.)
Dislikes: disrespectful curs, weaklings, liars (He punishes his minions if they screw up real bad because of something stupid or people who he's gets (Protection) money from that don't have any money to pay his fees by breaking some bones or dislocating them. Of Course they can't go to the authorities for it, his gang (or his Father's mafia) will find the snitch and punish them greatly.)
About his Family:
Nathan Strowd (Luxray): Once a Respectful and Strong Fighter that have become an underground Mafia Boss. His Mafia's infamous for Extortion, Blackmailing, Fearmongering, and "Rubbing someone out." He's responsible for Vermillion's way of thinking of becoming a "Great King", serving no one else, everyone must be his servant. He has shown some harsh tough love for Vermillion as well, Trained him viciously by an early age and such, all for the day for Vermillion to surpassed him and become the next mob boss. He believed that hatred would power up his son's ambition, but it could lead to something else. He wanted his son to be a well-adaptable intelligent boss and lived up to his legacy. Nathan still has the strength of his younger days since he keeps himself fit, he even battles his son from time to time to test if his strength is there to surpass Nathan himself, even sometimes beating Vermillion to near death. He's a vicious man indeed.
Mother is Julia, but Vermillion never knew who his mother was, or what was she like. She was an Arcanine. All his father told Vermillion was she had "Disappeared". Vermillion does have a picture of her though. Not Knowing that his Father may have been the one responsible for her disappearance. He thinks about what his mother could be like and if she was the one who raise him instead of his nasty father, would he turned out differently? He also have the ability to use "Fire Fang", since it's another memento from his Mother.
About Vermillion:
Excelling very highly in Combat and Academics and showing excellent talent, Vermillion likes being refered as the "Great King" and wants respect from everyone. He doesn't tend to show emotions due to his father disallowed him to be happy or joyful in any case. Vermillion is very battle-hungry and wants worthy opponents to push his body to the limit, hoping to gauge his strength and know if it's enough to beat his father someday. He also makes a habit of trying to recruit minions so that they could do his dirty work (Extortion, Blackmailing, Fearmongering). He's known into the student body for his brutal and vicious fighting. He's smart enough to not disrespect teachers because they're just doing their job but he does tried to do things in secret unknown to the teachers. But do we really know what is Vermillion's real amibtion truly is? Is it really to become the next leader of his father's mob or is there something else for the reason he acts like this?
Extra facts:
- Vermillion only respects those who he considers Strong according to him, so he'll call you by your name, but if you're weak, you're gonna get a nickname from him, usually a disrespectful one. He's not looking to topple any of the top teams, AT LEAST NOT RIGHT NOW, though he feels that they can be a stepping stone as representing his power and further his status.
-Due to the amount of trauma his body have taken from the brutal and harsh training he had to put up with for almost his whole life, His Hair had turn White.
-His eyes were born reverse-colored due to a birth defect. They don't seemed to have given him a problem though.

For all we know, He could be perhaps fooling his father and may take it upon himself to destroy his father and his mafia as to vengance to the Shit he had to put up with and avenging his Mother's "Disappearance." He knows that somehow his father is responsible for that. XD
Well, He's a complicated case. His Hatred is good enough to take out his father and his mafia and may established something else. Or that perhaps he has been waiting for the day to finally destroy him to avenge his mother and surprise his father that he did all of this as a lie to keep him unsuspicious of his motives that he had planned since he was a child. Either way, it still doesn't erase the sins that he did. I guess that you can say that it's as complicated as the Mishima Family from the Tekken series. XD
Heh never played the Tekken series but I definatly want to read more of this guy. I hope you are a writer because I definatly want to know more and see how he processes this, what can I say I am a sucker for a good story and character. I enjoy writing as well. Congradulations you have elevated me from watcher to stalker from shadows.
