I prepared some little "behind the scenes" animations in case that some of my viewers are interessed in rigging stuff.
Over the past few months i made some little improvements on my female rig. I've added strechy bones to critical spots with a large scope in movement in order to help preserve volume in these areas. It's a simple method for achiveing the impression of skin being pushed by muscles and bones. I decided to use the bone based method because the voxel based skin modifier of 3ds max is able to handle topolgy changes very well. A morpher would go nuts if the source changed.
