Sometimes, you get a problematic customer. I have so many truly lovely and personally amazing people who commission work for me that it doesn't worry me. It's all on the balance of things (<3 you guys!) I sometimes do mess up. It's true, and I'm improving :) But this is the first time I've had someone posting complaints very publically about me. And, frustratingly, they're not true or fair.

This customer recieved his full High Def digital image of this badge :) As well as a few changes he asked for. His complaint is that he hasn't recieved the printed and laminated badge. But it was posted.

If it hasn't arrived, he could have contacted me and I could send out another.

That's about all I'm going to say. Like I said, sometimes I mess up, and so many furs are just outright amazing people who totally understand that I'm human :) So, I just count myself lucky to have those 99% of customers. Y'all are awesome :)

This badge was $55. I threw in printing, laminating and shipping for free. This price included Sales Tax.
