Done by the awesome  Rings1234, this is an older Persona/OC of mine back when I was into sprite comicking in the late 2000's/early 2010's.

Kuragari (which means shadow in... something, I can't remember exactly what anymore xD) is a Robot Master built with the explicit purpose of absorbing and making use of Dark/Evil Energy.

May use him in other things in the future now, but anyways great work Rings1234, go check out all their cool art megaman and otherwise!

Until I can find a way to say, commission it into an 8-bit version, here's the song I tend to think of as his theme.

EDIT: Long term plans for this guy is to make use of him in my Tales of Monster City Undertale universe, because why not.
