While Gallium is very much dressed for the occasion, Penny is... a bit underdressed. She was told to dress for a party, and assumed she and Gallium were going to go clubbing! Her relationship with Gallium affords her less room to maneuver when it comes fo faux pas, but Penny, always chipper and cheerful, doesn't seem to notice the disapproving glares coming from some of the party-goers! Of course, she seems to be rather enjoying the hungry gazes, the compliments, and the other positive attention from the rest of the guests! Including Prince Gallium herself...
