This auction's autobuy includes a full colored fullbody chibi. There is a 50/50 payment plan available. Should you choose to use the payment plan, $100 is due immediately after auction ends, this first $100 is NON REFUNDABLE should you back out or be unable to make the second payment. The second payment of $100 is due in NO MORE than one week after auction ends. Once both payments are received, you will received the unwatermarked reference sheet and work will begin on the chibi!
Paypal only, payment is due IN FULL no more than 24 hours after auction ends (see above for AB payment plan info) No holds or extended wait times, no exceptions. DO NOT delete bids. Users who delete or retract bids will be blacklisted and banned from participating in future auctions.

ive got a few questions for you if you don't mind answering them when the winner wins the character, what are they winning? Do they have ownership of this exact version of the character? or is it more of a licensing thing where you still own that character and the winner has the right to use it? if its the latter would it be revocable after purchase and if so when and how and is it nonexclusive or exclusive? (sorry I'm just wondering and I couldn't figure it out in your description idk if you put it somewhere but im sorry if you did)
When someone wins, after payment, they receive the unwatermarked version of the image above. They have rights to use the character as they please, commissions art, suits, anything using the character. They can change anything they want about it if they choose to, but they cannot alter the image shown above. They cannot claim to have drawn the image shown above, or to have designed the character. Basically it's all theirs, as long as they credit me for the original design and the art shown here.
