I got up at 7:15 today and at least could snatch one of the last tables at the main area of the alley today and don't have to sit in a corner under the stairs a la Harry Potter.

well, more or less, tho it was probably due to me sweating whenever I set up or broke down my table and then being outside, so oh well, I've mostly recoverd now.
