Part of that crazy Sonic x All Foes commission challenge (click http://segamew.deviantart.com/journal/29414463/ for info!). Naturally the first one to be commissioned and finished with is Sonic and Eggman. It's hard to tell where is Eggman's line of sight is falling on due to his ultra tinted glassed, so it's up to you what you think he's looking at.
You can't believe how many times I screwed up their height ratio here >__> Sonic is about 53% of Eggman's height.
