Yet another little indent spoof of mine, I remember Thames Televesion from a few programs that were shown here in the states like Count Duckula, Danger Mouse, and Benny Hill. I used to watch a lot of Count Duckula on Nickelodeon as a kid, so the London buildings rising out of the river to brassy music is firmly stuck in my memory.

I made my own version of the indent with a couple modern buildings added like the Swiss Re/Gherkin tower with Avon's head perched on the top (lol). I used it becuse I figure that would be London's most recognized skyscraper now. As for the whole inaccuracy of the skyline, I've decided to make what Americans would think London looks like. You see, Hollywood always uses a popular landmark in their movies to let people know where they are, there is no Hollywood film out there that doesn't show Big Ben when the setting is in London... so for my skyline I exaggerated it with a forest of Big Bens!
