They who take care of the sick and the new born, they are the second most vital element of a enclave, first is of course the females. Without the nurse, the females would be forced to take care of all the children and it would make reproduction quite harder.


Each nurse has a specific role, theres is one for all, then the 2 others are given to really specific individual. So let us begin with the Nurse. Low intelligence to average, they are attributed a task depending on how good they are. An extremely idiot nurse will take care of cleaning the mess left by kids or a sick patient, they are rewarded clams for their effort, in Neeva's eyes, it is the food of narrow minded scavs.


The other type of nurse are the average intelligent ones, which will take care of the children and patient, they can work on their own but no job is complete without a higher rank, their superior. Which is the head nurse.



Head nurse look over the work of the other nurse, He also take notes on the health of the children, and upon a demand of Patriarch Nyrei, those who are unable to hatch from their eggs will be helped by exterior aid. In Nyrei's eyes, this is the most humane thing to do, give anyone a chance. But against the protest of the head nurse due to the fact the majority were too deformed to be able to live normally, Neeva has given one last task.


Death nurse, the job is simple yet extremely hard for many. It consist on ending the lives of patient too sick or injured to be saved, and to kill all children too grotesque to live. The yinglet chosen was asked to wear a fully outfit hiding any part of their skin, for health reason but to completly hide the identity of the individual. Not many would want to kill while being stared at, the suit looks like a type of bird known to eat the flesh of the deceased.


Neeva thought a good reward for the death nurse would be to pick any female he wanted to mate first. But it was in bad taste since he has killed so many people, he can't really mate knowing he might have to kill them as well eventually. So he was granted access to the finest and highest quality food the enclave has in storage. Usually from raid, these items are beloved by yinglets too, but such consumables must be regulated for celebrations or to the highest ranks.


While not having the best job, Death nurse is also given its own home away from all, usually they have to share a tent with multiple yinglets, but for them they are allowed to live with only themselves. It is all neeva could think to reward someone to do a job she is but too familiar with, except a matriarch who is known by all to kill her own kin wouldnt look well, so she had to find one to do the dirty work.



ps... Nyrei has complained multiple time about the head nurse being rather arrogant with her, and to look like the love child of Mond and Zenyar , Nyrei's most despised people.
