...This was a part of her canonical background? Or is that headcannon/lustful wishing (not that I'd fault you for that- she IS quite pretty, and this IS furrydom, the Cult of Rule 34)? I knew she was typically rendered without tits (at most, a prominent chest or chestfluff which sort of resembled boobs but weren't actually boobs, so she could gallivant and fight for freedom without inciting a scandal on either Mobius or Terra). However, I never read she was a nudist. That would be a very intriguing background item/plot device for SEGA/Archie to use.

I have a question, if you are very familiar with Sonic the Hedgehog/Sally Acorn lore. Do you have any knowledge of the Archie Comics artists who worked on Sonic the Hedgehog ~20 years ago? I have this memory of one of them actually rendering her with breasts which actually were covered by her blue shirt which was now buttoned-up. Being made more distractable and curious by a combination of sleep deprivation, mental fatigue, and ADD, I now really want to look them up and peruse their works once more (and maybe also acquire a few Sally pics for... historical research. Right. Let's go with that.). But first I'd need to know a name or a starting point of some sort.

Well, I mean, she was never explicitly identified as a nudist in canon, no. But while most of the male characters didn't wear clothes, it was inconsistent whether or not the female characters did. There were a few others besides Sally who went in the buff (the original Fiona, Hershey, Barby Koala, etc.) but many more of them did wear clothes. After the reboot they standardized it.

Oh and SEVERAL of the artists drew her with rendered breasts. In particular you're probably looking for the work of Patrick Spaziante and Jim Valentino (the latter of which rather infamously drew a whole comic of Sally bathing in a magical pool of golden liquid, without even her vest and boots)

Sounds like someone has the hots for a certain young rodent princess! You think she's overdressed? I'm sure she can be coaxed into slipping out of some of her ensemble if you're charming enough (or if the Mobians are having a summer as bad as ours ATM and she just has to get naked to attempt to cool off).

Ahhh, yes, the Princess! This brings back memories! That chipmunk/something hybrid I somewhat had the hots for back when Archie was making the Sonic comics. I just recently rediscovered the Princess Sally special series I had forgotten I had bought long, long ago, upon clearing a part of my storage at home yesterday. If the comic illustrator had drawn her more or less the same way furries and hentai makers draw females in general (less toonish and "Mobian", proportionate physique, firm and round boobs, etc- IIRC, at least one comic artist in that era DID render her with boobs rather than a flat chest, and I wish I knew which issues they drew her for, or what their name was), I for sure would have been infatuated with her and fantasized about being her mate.

But, I never really got into the Sonic fandom. I was really just a furry enthralled by anthropomorphic characters in general who was an enthusiast of furry artwork/smut and aesthetics more than of specific series or franchises (I like/liked MLP:FiM, though).
